الملخص

أصبحت أي امرأة في العراق الآن تحت سيطرة المعتدين عليها ، ولا يزال العنف الأسري سائدًا. في حين أن العنف المنزلي محظور ، لم يكن من السهل تغيير النصوص الأصلية والتخلص من القوانين وتنفيذ قوانين جديدة. ونتيجة لذلك ، لن تُجبر أي دولة أخرى على التنازل عن حقها في رفض أو إلغاء العادات الاجتماعية العراقية في تطبيقها عندما تكون في نفس المعاهدة ؛ ولن تنتهك حقوق الأفراد ولا تتضرر الثقافة العراقية.
