The results show that sustainable growth is one of the main goals that different countries seek, whatever their economic system, and whatever the stage of progress or backwardness it has reached, and this issue raises several important issues in North African countries that can be understood as related to the nature of growth What these countries recorded over time. Also, sustainable growth is a layout tool that can be used by the company's financial manager and bankers alike to gain a better understanding of the bank’s performance, and it is a simulation of sales growth that must be achieved through the preserved profit policy.
