Strategic Thinking, Productivity, and Efficiency: Evidence From Iraq

This study seeks to understand the role of strategic thinking in improving productivity efficiency in Misan Oil Company. This study aims to address the following question: Is there a link and influence between strategic thinking and productivity efficiency? As a means of collecting data, the researchers employed questionnaires. In addition to "correlation and regression analysis," "measures of central tendency" were used to assess the replies of a sample of (66) participants. There was a clear link between strategic thinking and increased production efficiency among the Misan Oil Company's administrative leaders, according to this study.
