Role of Courage In Decision-Making In achieving the Strategic Creativity: An Analytical Study of A Sample of Kufa University Leaders

The study aims to identify the role of courage in decision-making as an independent variable in strategic creativity as an accredited variable and provide research in the higher education environment, specifically at Kufa University. It applied to university leaders a sample of (115) individuals, used the questionnaire as a critical tool for collecting data on the variables of the study, and Adopted the descriptive analytical approach and the link of results using spss v. 24. The results indicate that there is a relationship between courage in decision-making and strategic creativity. Strategic creativity is the basis and effective development engine for innovation and creativity among the actual administrators. Therefore, it is essential to further emphasize the organization's interest in conducting a comprehensive study of courage in decision-making because of its importance in the availability of information at high speed to apply strategic creativity and to take care to make the correct decisions to reduce the time, effort and cost of the organization's competitive advantage.
