الملخص

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of entrepreneurial vigilance as an interactive variable between the agility of human resources in promoting organizational prosperity, in the ready-made men's clothing factory in Najaf. As well as diagnosing the level of interest of the research laboratory in the mainresearch variables and their sub-dimensions. Based on the research problem, which is characterized by the low level of organizational prosperity in the ready-made men's clothing factory in Najaf, resulting from the weak interest in the agility of human resources in light of the limited entrepreneurial vigilance.

The research adopted thedescriptive analytical approach by describing the research variables, collecting their data and then analyzing them. As the research community represented the individuals working in the ready-made men's clothing factory in Najaf, and a random sample of its workers was selected by  (179) individuals out of the research  community of (220) individuals. The research adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting the required data and information and was analyzed using statistical programs represented by (  SMART PLS, SPSS v. 23).

The research found that there is a noticeable weakness in the levels of interest of the research laboratory in the organizational prosperity variable. In addition, the agility of human resources contributes positively to organizational prosperity and its levels increase with the presence of entrepreneurial vigilance in the ready-made men's clothing factory in Najaf.
