Abstract

The goal of the study was to measure and analyze the relationship between banking reform and macro stability in Jordan by looking at the theoretical relationship between variables related to macro stability and banking sector reform. This was done in order to determine the theoretical underpinnings of this relationship provided by the economic literature and the possibility of using them to analyze the course of development of banking reform experiences in Jordan and their effects on Macroeconomic stabil The research reached basic conclusions, most notably that the nature of the influence relationship between banking reform variables and macro stability variables is one of the foundations for building effective banking reform policies in developing the banking system and its impact. The ARDL methodology was used in the research sample countries during the period (2004-2020) to show the pattern of the aforementioned relationship between banking reform and macro stability. Regarding the macroeconomics' stability in light of the direction of the scientifically supported connection.
