The Akkad Journal of Contemporary Economic Studies (SSN : 2790-2552) is a quarterly, open access, peer-reviewed journal published by Akkad Center for economic and financial Studies. It publishes high-quality research and commentary on worldwide economic trends, seeking a proper balance between economic theory and practice at the micro and macro levels.
Journal Scope
The journal Especially welcome are articles that examine economic issues involving individual countries, developing trade blocs, and emerging trading blocs. Contributors are encouraged to address the practical implications of their research for policymakers and business economists. Contributions that are easy to understand cut through the jargon of economics to help advance current understanding and generate new ideas.
